Pre-Kindergarten - 12th Grade
Your students will love these Reading Bookmarks! Here are some suggestions on how to use them: Print on white cardstock or print on regular white printing paper and laminate after students have colored. Coloring can be a calming activity for many children (and adults). Allow a few minutes of coloring after stressful activities, during indoor recess, or free time. Keep a supply available for whenever students want to color. Give bookmarks out as rewards. Give bookmarks out at the start of the year, after testing, before school vacations, or on Read Across America Day. Hide bookmarks in books in your classroom library as a fun surprise. Encourage students to color and trade bookmarks with each other.
