Here is a fun low tech game your Italian students will enjoy playing to review vocabulary!

Game contains vocabulary from the Sentieri textbook Unità 2 Vocabolario 2A I Passatempi

HOW TO PLAY:
Students write words from the word bank in each box.
Teacher reads oral clues from teacher script.
Twelve oral clues are included for you to begin your game.
Students mark off the word if they have it on their grid use pens, pencils, crayons, plastic bingo chips or pennies if you have them.
The same board may be used for three or four games.
First win: regular bingo 5 across, down etc.
Second Win: each of the four corners,
Third Win: the big H, I or L.
Final WIN: full board.

FREE LANGUAGE ARTS LESSON - “Teaching Grammar, Ten-Minute Grammar Lessons, Video Tutorial for Teachers”

Do your students struggle with grammar? Do you hate teaching it? Does your admin say you need to do something more to prep for standardized testing? If so, a 10-minute daily grammar program might be just right for you and your students. It's a method that is simple to implement for secondary English classrooms, and daily work with grammar gives students the foundation and confidence they need to tackle those grammar, usage, and mechanics skills.

In this quick video, you'll see me modeling daily grammar bell ringers in my classroom, and I'll be discussing how I implement the program each day. Additionally, I'll offer some teaching strategies that can be used in any lesson.

Whether you already use bell ringers or conduct grammar lessons in class, viewing this video will provide some insight on how grammar can not only be used to improve student writing and test scores, but also how it can provide structure to your class each day -- in simple, quick way!
