To encourage creative and critical thought, I like to ask my students "What if..." questions. These are a result of some engaging class discussions over the past few years for the novel The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins.
I recently posted this on my blog in my "Things That Make Me Go Hmmm..." series, which features different questions and ponderings from the series.
The questions range from the silly ("What if the arena really was a giant cake?") to the serious ("What if Rue hadn't warned Katniss about the tracker jacker nest?").
I hope you enjoy this free download!
