Create a staff shout-out board with a free mini-poster and shout-out slips. Try this fun and easy way to recognize all the great things going on in your school. Here is a suggestion for how to use this resource:
1. Copy the cover page and mount it on the corkboard. Hang in the staff lunchroom.
2. Copy shout-out slips, and store them near the corkboard.
3. Explain to the staff that everyone can participate by writing quick notes about all the great things they see happening in your school.
4. Shout-outs get pinned up all around the sign throughout each month.
5. Read shout-outs monthly at staff meetings.
