Thanksgiving Interactive Notebook - $3.00

This interactive notebook is intended for an ELL K-2 class. Can be used for true beginners of L2 and or special ed classes K-7.  Included are eight pages of vocabulary with picture to color and write the vocabulary word in response to the sentence completion.  This is a..., These are..., This is the...  A word search with solution and secret message, acrostic poem, informational passage to listen to and/or read together. Activity in which students state /write what they are thankful for during this holiday season on the feathers of a turkey, a page to draw or cut and paste a picture of their personal family holiday, And a picture of Norman Rockwell's painting Freedom From Want where students view and state what they see in English.

Good writers vary their sentence patterns by sometimes placing phrases or clauses at the beginning of their sentences. Teach your students to rewrite sentences without changing their meaning to achieve sentence variety. At the same time, they will be reminded of things that are associated with Thanksgiving.
