I have taken each section of the Literature Web from the William & Mary Language Arts Curriculum for Gifted and High Ability Readers and created a "job" for each. Students work in teams of 5 to create a Literature Web for a piece of text. Jobs are the Key Word Wizard, Feelings Fanatic, Big Idea Banker, Image and Symbol Maker, and Structure Supervisor. Each card also contains helpful hints for students to remind them about the types of things they can include for their assigned section of the Literature Web.
