2nd - 8th Grade
Answering Wh-questions is often very difficult for students with language disorder; especially students with Autism.
In this free, fun resource, there are:
• 2 game board pages. You can use one at a time, or put them inside a file folder and have a double-wide game board. (The bottom of game board p.1 lines up with the top of game board p.2)
• Students answer the question “What type of Wh-question does this answer?”
There are visual cues to remind students that a person answers a who question, a time answers a when question, and a place answers a where question.
• There is a color-coded version for AAC users. (It also includes a what doing visual cue.)
• Use a die, or dice, or the spinner provided. Glue the spinner template onto cardboard and laminate.
If your students really struggle with Wh question, use my Program to Teach Wh Questions , which is the paper version of my app; Question It.
