Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! This is a word scramble, word find, word puzzle game similar to Boggle (R).
Are you looking for some NO-PREP word games for your students? This game has 10 different word puzzles. They are letters in a 5 X 5 grid. Students search through the puzzle to find words.
Each page includes three columns to write 3 letter words, 4 letter words, and 5 or more letter words.
Do you want to include math in this activity? Have them score their words. The instructions are on the page!

This NO-PREP writing resource is in a black and white PDF file for easy printing.
Scoring is like this >>> Each 3 letter word earns three point, 4 letter words earn four points, and 5 letter or longer words earn five points. Students will have fun competing against themselves or against each other to find the most words.
You can give the students all the same sheet, or mix it up so they have different sheets.
Students can play in table groups, individually, or on teams.
It's a fun activity for the beginning of the year, end of the year, and any other time you want an English Language Arts filler activity.
CCSS Standards covered: This activity can supplement foundations of reading, word recognition, and reading strategies.
