Note: Only the name section is editable.

To Use: Type your names and print on cardstock or plain paper to make your punch cards. There is a light blue square. Type your student names in that square. The form field goes away when printing.

Pro Tip: Opening the editable PDF directly from a browser will not work well. Most browser based PDF viewers will not know how to display the form fields correctly. Download the PDF to your computer, save it to your desktop, and then open the PDF. If you're having issues, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader.

FREE MISC. LESSON - “Back to School - Who Am I? Freebie”

I plan to give it back to them at the end of the year so that they can see how they have grown and changed over the last 10 months. I used it with my 8th grade students and my juniors and seniors, and they all loved it. The file is both a png. file that you can use with an app like PicCollage, and a PDF that you can print.

FREE LANGUAGE ARTS LESSON - “Distance Learning FREEBIE Cheeseburger Informational Writing and Sequencing”

I just saw that today is National Cheeseburger Day. (Sept. 18) This quick writing activity comes complete with a vocabulary page (pictures of cheeseburger related items with the word written underneath), writing templates with the words first, second, next, then, last (writing lines on each template too), and instructions that encourage creativity (make the cheeseburger your way). The only requirements for a cheeseburger are the hamburger patty and the cheese---kids choose the "fixins" and make it according to their preferences.
