Math and Car Bingo

Math & Car Bingo is a game you can play in the classroom to reinforce addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, square root and exponent skills. Instead of drawing ping pong balls, the teacher randomly draws clue cards which provide equations for the students to solve. The answers are the numbers to cross off the bingo cards. And when school is out and the family is on vacation you can use the same materials to play license plate bingo and avoid the “Are We There Yet” syndrome.

Great fun! My students really enjoyed! Thank you!

Great practice!

Graphing: Survey Says

Are you looking for a lesson that combines survey taking and creating graphs on the computer? Are you concerned some students don’t have access to the required software? This lesson is for you! Learn how to create professionally looking graphs using a free online resource. A four page handout complete with pictures will show you how. Lesson plans with handouts detail the survey process. Included is a classroom game based upon the survey results.

Very thorough. Thank you. I look forward to using it with my students.
