Pre-Kindergarten - 1st Grade
This pack includes assessments and recording sheets that cover some of the basic kindergarten skills! Skills covered are: letter names/letter sounds, number names/counting/writing, and shapes!
Each assessment includes an assessment sheet. I print mine on bright cardstock and put them in page protectors at the beginning of my binder. I print a recording sheet for each student! I put dividers in my binder for each student.
When it is time to assess, I pull out my cardstock assessment sheet and give it to the student. I open to their section of the binder and I am ready to roll!
I conduct these assessments with my students the first week of kindergarten. I asses the students throughout first quarter on these skills. I continue throughout the year for those who still need work on them.
