FREE MISC. LESSON - “Interactive Grade Calculator {Make Getting Grades Easy & Fast}”

by Barnett's School House
Pre-Kindergarten - 12th Grade

My wonderful husband created this sheet for me to use when I needed to get a quick grade on a student for a parent or just to see how each student is doing early on in the year. This Excel spreadsheet is perfect for getting grade averages quickly! If you haven't had the time (like me) to put all your grades into Infinite Campus, etc., this will make contacting parents about student progress fast and easy and allow you to check on students early on each term. I know what you're thinking, Excel is hard, but it's so easy to use, anyone can do it! All you do is put in your student names on sheet 1 (Daily Work Calculator) and type in the grades!
This kit contains three spreadsheets. Sheet 1 is the daily work calculator with room for six grades to be put in and then averaged by the excel sheet when you're finished.
Sheet 2 is the assessment calculator with room for six grades to be put in and then averaged by the sheet again.
Sheet 3 is the best part! It automatically has your daily work and assessments averaged together for you! This sheet contains a scale that you can use to set your daily work weight percentage and your assessment weight percentage specified by your district.
