Turn a ho hum objective like looking up words in a dictionary into a fun activity for your students. Students will enjoy digging through the dictionary to look up their words when they are related to a St. Patrick’s Day holiday theme.
A St. Patrick’s Day word list in the form of a grid is included with 16 words relating to St. Patrick’s Day. A graphic organizer and blank grid are also included if you would rather have your students generate their own list and fill in their own grid.
Just run off the included cover, word list grid, and Dictionary Dig forms for each student. Staple them together, and you have a ready-made literacy center for your students.
