This low-prep, free language arts resource was created as an important reminder to PreK, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten students about some of the essential things they can do in order to stay safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.
How It Works: Students are reminded about ways they can stay safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak while singing original lyrics written to the tune of the children’s folk song, “She’ll Be Coming ‘Round the Mountain.” Students may then color and draw pictures of themselves being safe and healthy.

This resource was created as a stress-free way of reminding our PreK, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten kiddos about the importance of remembering to wash their hands using soap and water; continuing to social distance six feet apart; and working together with family, friends, and classmates in order to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
*INK SAVER ALERT! But for a few images, this resource has been created entirely using black and white ink. TIP: Feel free to copy the song on bright colored paper to give it a look that “pops!”
*Included with this resource are coloring and drawing pages. Also included are eight (8) cut and paste word and phrase cards, plus four (4) blank cards. Feel free to use these included resources in any way that benefits the academic needs and levels of your kiddos.
