My students take home a folder daily and included is this behavior chart. At the end of every day I circle what color their clip is on. It really doesn’t take long to do this. A few minutes at the most. The parents appreciate knowing daily how their child is doing in class. Do not wait until the end of the week to send home your behavior chart! Parents cannot address issues if you wait!
Before using, make sure to change my name at the top to yours, you can edit the daily homework boxes at the bottom, and add your classroom website, email address, and phone number.
I print these in black and white only even though the top image is in color. It turns out fine. This should print on one page. However, if you find the sides are cut off slightly, make sure you click scale to fit before printing.
This is a FREE item that I will not be customizing for anyone. Sorry! Feel free to edit the text yourself. This is a Word file and Word files are sometimes hard to edit when it comes to graphic placement. Feel free to use this as inspiration for your own version. Please do not edit this and sell it or offer it for free and claim as your own.
