Students often have difficulty making inferences about character emotions, actions, and determining character traits. This organizer encourages students to think about how the character is being portrayed in the story by having them think about what characters say and do, what other characters say about a specific character, and what the narrator tells about a character. Based on these observations, students will easily be able to make inferences about the specific character being studied.
