Use this spring activity cootie catcher craft to help reduce stress and focus on the task. These are great brain breaks for students with a case of spring fever and for students with attention and learning issues. They are designed to stimulate the brain and offer fun breaks that enhance focus and social emotional coping skills. They are also a great motivational and classroom management tool. Use the black and white version to make it a craftivity!
These brain breaks can be done in pairs or individually with a teacher so they work well in small group and tutoring sessions. Different activities include motion, gross and fine motor skills, relaxation, mindfulness, and concentration.
