Back To School Icebreakers
Use the 56 enclosed cards in any of the following activities to help your students get to know each other.
Switch and Speak: Select one card for each student. On your signal, students partner up and ask each other the questions written on their cards. Once partners have answered, they switch cards and find new partners.
Interview: Divide the class into small groups. One at a time, a student draws a card from the pile and reads it aloud. Then, each person in the group answers the question.
Talking Jar: Cut apart the cards and place in a decorated jar or bag. Draw one card out and read it aloud to the class. Then, have students partner up and answer the question.
