Whether it’s for vacation, your health, or maternity/paternity leave, use this free checklist as a starting point to get everyone ready: you, the substitute teacher, the students, the parents, the school… 

Print my checklist to get started, and then use the blank template pages to get more specific for your own needs. Though it was made with my own experiences in mind, this download is intended to help teachers of any grade level or teaching focus.
