GET ON THE LOVE TRAIN!
I know that Valentine's Day is over for the year, but I was teaching this lesson today in my own classroom and just had to share it.
It is low prep, and easy to differentiate for all learners.
You will be so pleased at how your kids engage in this critical thinking activity!
Students have one complete set of dominoes.
They then need to find combinations of three dominoes that equal the number in the train window!
This student was very proud when he had completed the first page of trains.
This child is working at the highest level, because he didn't use any of the same dominoes.

It will definitely have your students feeling the LOVE of math!
